Jimmy Arthur Raye (born November 24, 1968 in Fayetteville, North Carolina) is a former National Football League player and the current director of player personnel for the San Diego Chargers.

Jimmy Raye is the son of Jimmy Raye II, who is the former Offensive Coordinator of the San Francisco 49ers.
A wide receiver for the Aztecs of San Diego State University (SDSU) (1986–90), Raye earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration. He left SDSU tied for eighth on the school’s all-time receiving list with 111 catches.
His National Football League career began when he signed a free agent contract with the Los Angeles Rams. He ended up playing in the final two games of the season.
He is the director of player personnel with the San Diego Chargers.
